Societe Generale Equipment Finance UK (“SGEF”) has become a proud member of Solar Energy UK, the UK’s specialist trade association representing leaders in the solar and storage value chain. Solar Energy UK, a non-for-profit trade association that has more than 250 member, from manufacturers to distributors of Solar PV technology and solutions.
The membership accompanies SGEF UK’s ambition to enable and contribute to the energy transformation which is needed to create a more sustainable future for partners, clients, employees and the planet.
Solar infrastructures are a key component of the UK energy programme to achieve the targets set at COP26 by 2030. It is estimated that the UK Solar PV capacity would need to more than double in the next eight years across commercial, residential or utility-scale applications.
