Job Description : J2308 - Our client is seeking a Customer Services & Sales Support Administrator to administer and process the flow of new business in an efficient, accurate and timely manner so as to ensure the customer’s expectations and requirements are met. The role will involve close and regular liaison with sales and other back office and IT staff in Europe. In addition, it will entail frequent telephone contact with the company’s customers, suppliers, introducers of business and funding partners. Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, SE Eng, Bracknell.


Work with funding partners to gain credit lines for all new customers.
Draw up Co-operation Agreements for all new customers, and send out to the customer for signing.
Work in conjunction with the sales to gain the signed Co-operation Agreements back to process.
Set customer up on lifecycle management tool.
Manage and process all incoming supplier invoices.
Gather, organise, prepare and communicate all information required by Back Office team in order to produce customer Acceptance of Deliveries.
Call customers to ensure this has been completed by back office team.
Assist with selling of the assignment deals to funding partners.
Process non-assignment paperwork (broker) deals with funding partners.
Work with other team members to keep the Pipeline report updated for the weekly pipeline calls, that you will attend along with the sales team.
Raise quarterly customer Invoices for Delivery Time Rental and End Of Lease payments.
Help Sales with the up keep of the customer CRM records.
To process and distribute as appropriate each days incoming post.
Take responsibility for service standards to all customers, introducers and suppliers and to respond to their complaints in a quick and efficient manner.
Provide full administrative support to both sales and administration colleagues on an as necessary basis to assist with daily work flow.
Advise on, and implement where necessary, new processes and procedures that enhance the current administrative and back office operations of the business. This will involve assisting in the integration of the UK’s existing systems with those of the Group where appropriate.


Experience of working in a role involving external customer service / sales support would be an advantage.
Experience of working in a financial services environment would be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
A clear understanding of the importance of always projecting a positive, professional and friendly impression at all times.
Manage a varied workload.
Work at a quick pace, accurately and effectively whilst working to tight deadlines in what will often be a pressurised environment.
Prioritise duties in such a manner that both internal and external expectations are achieved.
Must adopt a pro-active style of work, taking responsibility for all issues / tasks within remit and capability, without automatic referral to line management.
Strong numeracy skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Must be committed to and demonstrate Company values particularly relating to levels of integrity, professional approach and teamwork.
