Our client , a leading funder are hiring a Corporate Sales Manager to drive new name transport asset finance business from Midlands north to the Scottish border.
Your role will be focussed on identifying , prospecting and winning new customer business for any wheeled assets , HGV’s , LCV’s , trailers , cars etc.
Our client are applying a more competitive pricing model to this role than is typical for this business unit. You will be expected to achieve a market competitive yield across the business you write but tactically can price more aggressively as needed. Targets are realistic and achievable and reflect the new business focus of the role.
We are happy to discuss the target margins and the volume targets to appropriately experienced applicants.
To apply you must be based on the sales area and have a strong and successful background in direct driven asset finance.
Most relevant would be experience gained in the SME and SMB sectors , experience of financing transport assets would be of particular interest.
To thrive in this role you will be a genuine new business hunter able to ideally leverage an existing portfolio of customers.
You will be equally at home generating your own leads and able to leverage opportunities via dealers and professional introducers that you either already know or can build relations with.
You may be working today for a major lease broker but desire to work for a funder or perhaps you are a hunter working for a tier one bank owned financier delivering big numbers but not being appropriately rewarded for your contributions.
Whatever you exact background if you are a new business hunter you can expect to enjoy monthly paid commissions and completely uncapped earnings in this role as part of a bureaucracy free meritocracy.
Base salary range up to £75,000 , + monthly paid uncapped commission plus company car and all usual large company benefits. Expected year one earnings £100,000 year two very considerably more.
