Syscap is seeking a Partner Account Manager to join our expanding nationwide team to drive revenue and income in line with company targets. This is a commercial sales role requiring the management of an allocated portfolio of live, developing and/or prospect vendor/reseller accounts in order to sell a range of specialist lending products to their customers.

Main responsibilities and key skill requirements:

  • Achieve targeted sales KPI outcomes
  • Build a consistent pipeline of new business opportunity from either the allocated account base or through personal networking and/or prospecting activity
  • Proactively manage all account relationships so as to maximise customer life, renewal and cross-selling opportunities and income creation
  • Develop mutually beneficial working relationships with customers, vendors and resellers, as well as colleagues across Wesleyan Bank and Wesleyan Assurance Society to support mutual success at all levels
  • Experience of asset finance products including hire purchase, loan and managed service contracts
  • Demonstrable experience and competence in a commercial finance arena, dealing with senior contacts in large customers / prospects, selling complex products, pricing and deal structuring
  • Strong communication skills
  • High degrees of personal planning and organisation
  • Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM

Candidate profile

This role is field based. We are seeking someone who is looking to join a successful and innovative business with an excellent pedigree. You will need to have excellent personal qualities to build rapport to source and develop new partner relationships through business development activity. Strong financial analysis and interpretation skills along with the ability to prepare and submit complex credit proposals where appropriate are also key requirements.
