Wesleyan Bank is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our North West office to drive revenue and income in line with company targets. We provide unique commercial and personal finance products to the professions and SMEs, and we lead the way in our core markets.

Main responsibilities and key skill requirements:

  • Achieve targeted KPIs
  • Build a consistent pipeline of new business opportunity from either the allocated account base or through personal networking and/or prospecting activity
  • Develop beneficial relationships with colleagues across Wesleyan Bank and Wesleyan Assurance Society to support mutual success at all levels
  • High degrees of personal commitment, focus, application and endeavour
  • A focus on and desire to deliver customer service excellence and a positive customer experience at all times
  • Strong communication skills
  • High degrees of personal planning and organising

Candidate Profile

You will be based at our office in Northwich, Cheshire, and looking to join a successful and innovative business with an excellent pedigree. This role is ideally suited to candidates who wish to fast-track their career by making a demonstrable difference in supporting our growth aspirations.

The successful candidate will be given a high degree of autonomy for managing an allocated fluid portfolio of circa 500 accounts, consisting of live, lapsed and prospect customers. We are looking for someone who is proactive and organised, and who is also commercially astute whilst being able to demonstrate outstanding customer service qualities.
